Tractor Trailer Deflector

These formed wind deflectors at the bottom of the trailer are used to direct air flow.  This helps reduce friction and save fuel.

Shepherd formed these parts using damage and cold resistant material.  The lower cost of tooling for thermoforming made testing and trial modifications much more economical compared to other types of plastic moulding.
