In-House Tool-Making

Prototype samples must be produced quickly and accurately for use in the approval process or market trials. Modifications are made and revisions are recorded on the CAD file. Samples from the prototype tool or from a first article run on the production line must be approved by the customer prior to the full production. Approved samples are used in the quality control procedures. Most tools are built in our CADCAM tool-making Technical Center by our skilled engineering staff.
