Small Electronic Components

Protection of small components to other assembly operations can be done using a clear clamshell made from ESD material [anti-static]. This connector package is hinged and closes securely to allow stacking and handling without fear of damaging delicate pins in the parts.

The connectors are loaded and unloaded using robotics. Each cavity in the clamshell/tray must be formed to precise dimensions to ensure that the parts do not move and can be taken out without lifting the tray
