Single Fold Stock Clamshells

Shepherd has 3 stock clamshell tools available to customers.  These clamshells are produced with your order, we do not have finished clamshells in stock.

Sizes available:

Small cavity size: 5.5"(H) x 4"(W) x 2"(D) and overall size of 7.25"(H) x 5"(W) x 2"(D).

Medium cavity size: 7"(H) x 4.5"(W) x 2.5"(D) and overall size of 9"(H) x 5.75"(W) x 2.5"(D).

Large cavity size: 7"(H) x 6.5"(W) x 2.5"(D) and overall size of 9"(H) x 7.75"(W) x 2.5"(D).

The clamshells are typically run in 0.020" RPET (100% Post-Consumer content).  If you are interested in purchasing lots larger than 2,000pcs please contact a Shepherd Sales representative (see our contact page).
