Preprinted Test Strips

This product is used to house a sensitive strip of material that is used in a laboratory dip test.

We form 2 sheets that are RF welded together with the strip enclosed between the 2 sheets.

Shepherd worked with a printer to have the top sheet printed prior to it being thermoformed. The forming, die cutting and print registration require a high degree of quality control because of the very tight dimensional tolerances. We purchased a special off-line die press to guarantee the tolerances and been producing this product successfully for many years.
