Some 10 years ago Shepherd made a commitment to improve our quality and become a leader in product superiority in the custom thermoforming industry. In 1998 Shepherd was accredited with ISO 9001:1994 Quality Registration. Since then we have greatly improved our Quality Management System and obtained registration for ISO 9001:2008 standard. Shepherd believes that quality is a company-wide responsibility that begins with an obligation from management and flows throughout the company to our customers. Customers are welcome to review a copy of our Quality Manual and have access to all of our operations for audit purposes. We periodically put on seminars on thermoforming technology which include a plant tour so that we can be more transparent and helpful to our customers. From a thorough inspection of raw materials to meticulous internal audits, Shepherd will be ever vigilant in our effort to produce a better quality part for our customer.
