Consumer Electronics Tray

Over the past 20 years Shepherd has designed and produced many types of trays for the consumer electronics industry. Many have been made to hold the parts tight in the cavities using undercuts that provide a snap fit for each component which prevents movement during transit.

Major corporations have used Shepherd's extensive design and tool making capabilities to improve production line efficiency while reducing product damage with a well thought out tray that fits neatly in a display carton.

There are a number of material choices available including recycled PET and corn based PLA for customers wishing to use environmentally friendly plastics.
