Automotive Trim Trays

Shepherd excels in getting automotive components and sub-assemblies from operation to operation, whether it is in the same plant or in another country. Over the past 5 years Shepherd has become a respected designer and supplier of trays and pallets for the automotive industry.

In this case, it was very important for the trim manufacturer to be able to separate each length of trim, stack the filled trays without pressure on the trim, and ship in the most condensed pack possible. These trays are made in various lengths and come off of our thermoforming line nested together. When they are used by the customer they stack without nesting.
