Applicator Handle

This thermoformed part was designed by Shepherd to satisfy a special need by the customer to provide a handle for a sponge applicator. The sponge is glued to the handle and the end user is able to apply the paste without getting it on his hands.

Shepherd welcomes the opportunity to come up with unique solutions quickly and inexpensively. There was no product for this purpose commercially available to this customer so Shepherd was asked to submit drawings, build prototypes for testing and finally go to production all in a few weeks.
